I was hit head on by a Fedex driver who had no business driving let alone being employed by FedEx with a lengthy criminal/vehicular record. Everyone at McCoy and McCoy made this process so easy. I’ve never sued anyone or used a lawyer before so this was all very intimidating for me. They took care of everything, kept me informed and kept all their promises between payouts and timelines!
