What makes McCoy & McCoy one of the best personal injury law firms in CT is our dedicated client-centered approach. In order to offer such personalized representation, we limit the amount of cases that we take on to make sure our caseload is manageable. This ensures that no one suffers from an overworked lawyer who cannot invest the necessary time and energy into his or her case.
One way we stand apart from other CT injury lawyers is we do not represent insurance companies, corporations or government agencies-and we never will. This allows us to offer unwavering support and dedication to our individual injury and car accident victims from the day you make the call to discuss your case, to the day you receive compensation for your suffering. Similarly, we do not take on every single case that comes our way. If a victim does not need the help of an attorney, we will tell them and further advise them on the steps that they can take on their own. Our goal is always to give clients the best legal advice possible for their individual motor vehicle accident or personal injury case.
Insurance companies don’t voluntarily pay what they should. You have to fight them for what is fair. This is what we do every day.
The Connecticut Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines Fund was established in 1919 to assist needy wartime veterans and their families. This fund provides temporary financial assistance to meet, or help meet, the health and maintenance needs of eligible wartime veterans and their dependents who demonstrate a a need. Available assistance may include shelter (rent/mortgage interest), food, clothing, medical expenses or funeral expenses.
This cause is near and dear to the core of McCoy & McCoy Law firm as Frank McCoy Sr. served as a sergeant in the United States Army during World War II. He then held the position of service officer with the Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines Fund for more than 40 years. Frank McCoy Jr. is now honored to continue this tradition and help provide support to this very worthy cause.
